Regular duties include:
• Sweep and mop hard surfaces
• Fragrant vacuum carpets and spot clean minor stains
• Spot clean marks from walls, skirtings and balustrades cleaned
• Cobwebs removed and outside areas swept or blown
• Light globe replacement
• Letter box areas kept dust free and litter removed
• Washroom areas cleaned and sanitised, consumables restocked
• Recycling/rubbish bins moved out and in and regularly cleaned, bin room kept clear and clean
Periodical services include:
• High pressure washing of pathways and driveways to keep them safe and looking their best.
• Building soft washing – to keep walls, gutters, eaves, frames and louvers looking smart as well as pest and mould free.
• Carpet Steam Cleaning – periodically as well as emergency call out.
• Garage and car park maintenance – Mechanical blower and ride-on sweeper. This avoids dirt being walked into the building, which adds wear to carpet and tiles.
• Lawn mowing and gardening – mowing, trimming, blowing or raking.
• Handyman services – e.g. hardware repairs ,carpentry, decks, drain cleaning, fence repair, painting, plumbing repairs, roof repairs, swimming pool and spa maintenance, waste and junk removal
• Pest control – periodical or one-off
